This image represents all those we meet who are out there on the fringes of society, marginalised, because of their powerlessnes, their poverty, exploitation and their physical or mental incapacity. Others are seeking peace of mind or spirit. We have chosen not to photograph them out of respect for their human dignity and their privacy. We keep trying, in our small way, to make a difference and to welcome and suport them as "the poor who will always be with us."
